To consider a dock license for Dock Site B. <br /> <br />2. Background. Last year, a license was issued at Dock Site B, for Scott Brown. Mr. Brown sold his <br />property to the Finnegans, and they have completed the dock application as the new owner of 3435 <br />Crystal Bay Road. <br /> <br />The Finnegan’s do not yet have a boat, but have agreed to provide registration when they do acquire one. <br />The applicant has provided payment for the 2021 season. The license agreement prepared by the City <br />Attorney has been modified, incorporating applicant’s information. The lease will expire November 1, <br />2030. <br /> <br />The Finnegans have received a permit to demolish and rebuild a new home on the subject property, this <br />construction is likely to occur over the summer. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends the Council approve the dock license for Dock Site B. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />City Council should approve the dock license, authorizing the Mayor and the City Administrator to sign <br />the license agreement. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
