This email is a follow up to my voicemail from earlier and as a response to the <br />comment request for the above referenced address. <br />Yes, the District does have interest in this site regarding potential water quality improvements- The <br />property includes a regional stormwater pond that the District built in the ‘90s, which we are <br />interested in potentially retrofitting. The easement was never recorded, so we are hoping to address <br />that through this subdivision process. <br />From a pure permit standpoint, the proposed project would require review under the District’s <br />Erosion Control, Stormwater Management, and Wetland Protection rules.
