Boldingh and Karen E. <br /> Sjerkeng, 1245 Arbor Street,Wayzata,Minnesota 55391 <br /> PLEASE BE ADVISED that pursuant to order of the Orono City Council and by <br /> authority of Minnesota Statutes § 463.15 et s�ce ,., you have twenty (20) days from the date of <br /> service of this Order upon you, to remedy the health hazard and the hazar'dous condition of the <br /> building situated on property at 1245 Arbor Street, City of Oroiio, County of Hennepin, State of <br /> Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 12 a�zd 13, Block 2, Maxwells Addition Crystal Bay Lake Minnetonkc�, <br /> The Housing and Building Inspectors for the City of Orono have inspected the above <br /> referenced property. The inspections revealed that the detached garage sfructure, the house <br /> foundation, and the well as presently situated on the property constitutes a health, safety, and fire <br /> hazard to the residents of the City of Orono. All personal property and fixtures shall be removed <br /> from the building within twenty(20) days from the date of sexvice of tliis Order. <br /> If yau fail to reinedy tlie situation the City will seek permission from the District Court <br /> for the City to do so.
