If the limiting soil <br /> characteristic has not been identified, this classification may be subject to revision.> <br /> TANK CONDITION (5-10): <br /> �i�pection indicates: <br /> (C 5� Punpout not needed at this time. <br /> � Solids accunulation in tanks indicates they should be p�nped out this year to help prevent future problems. <br /> 7 Solids acc�lation in tenks is et a critical level. Yanks should be p�nped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tenks r�st be p�ed out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks coutd not be inspected. lnspection risers (4" die. pipe) �st be installed in each <br /> tenk at next punpout. If tanks have not been p�ed out within the last three years, they should be pu�ed <br /> out now. <br /> 10 Inspection pipe is loceted directly over tenk baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> If tanks heve not been pu�cd out within the last three years, they should be pumped out now. <br /> pRAINFIELD CONDITION (17-14): � <br /> D ield inspection indicates: <br /> � 1 Drainfie[d is dry, no surfacing evident. <br /> Some evidertce of surfacing, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Dreinfield is satureted and visibly diseharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> imnediately.
