If the limiting soil � <br /> characterist�c has not been identified, this classification may be subject to revision.) <br /> TANK CONDITION (5-10): <br /> Tank inspection indicates: <br /> 5 P�npout not needed et this time. <br /> 6 Sol�ds acc�wlation in tanks i�icates they should be a�nnved out this year to help prevent future problems. <br /> 7 Solids accwa�lation in tanks is at a critical level. Yanks should be pwr�ped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks �st be p�nped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be instatled in each <br /> tank at next pianpout. If tanks have not been p�ped out withi� the last three years, they should be p�ed <br /> out now. <br /> � Inspection pipe is located directly over tank baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accumulation>. <br /> If tanks have not been p�anped out within the last ee ears, they�houl be out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION C11-14): <br /> Dr field inspection indicetes: <br /> �Drainfield is dry, no surfacing evident. <br /> 2 Some evidence of surfacing, not criticel yet. <br /> 13 Drainfietd is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> im�rediately.
