If the limiting soil <br /> characterist�c has not been ident' ied, this classification may be subject to revision.) <br /> TANK CONDITION (5-10): <br /> Tenk inspection indicates: <br /> 5 Punpout not needed at this time. <br /> 6 Solids eccunuletion in tanks indicates they should Fie p�ped out this year to help prevent future problems. <br /> 7 Solids accunulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks should be p�nped out as soon as possible. <br /> System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be p�nnped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed �n each <br /> tenk et next p�a�out. If tanks have not been p�ped out within the last three years, they should be p�mped <br /> out now. <br /> 10 Inspection pipe is loceted directly over tank baffle (does rrot give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> If tanks have not been punped out within the last three years, they should be p�a�ed out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION C11-14): <br /> ield inspection indicates: <br /> 11 rainfie[d is dry, no surfacing evident. <br /> Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Dreintield is saturated and visibty discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> imnediately.
