Additionally,they <br /> have provided supporting documentation regarding Practical Difficulties attached as Exhibit B, <br /> and should be asked for additional testimony regarding the application. <br /> Planning Staff Practical Difficulty Analysis: Regarding practical difficulty, Staff finds there are no <br /> practical difficulties supporting the variances to further encroach within the required setbacks, <br /> to increase the total site hardcover above 25%, or to place an elevated deck within the average <br /> Lakeshore setback. <br />
