Sketch Plan Application for Planned Unit Development, <br /> Subdivision, Plat and Related as required by City of Orono <br /> for <br /> Site North of Fire Station <br /> Stoddard Companies is proposing to develop the land north of the Willow Road Fire <br /> Station for 6-Twin Villas (12 total units) with a new public road entering from <br /> Willow Drive North to Fire Station Drive about mid-way onto the subject 1.71 acre <br /> site that is currently zoned for medium density residential. <br /> We desire City Staff, planning Commission and City Council discussion and review <br /> to brainstorm this application that we prefer to treat some if not all the stormwater <br /> on-site and/or connect and expand the stormwater storage area to the southeast of <br /> the Fire Station that we believe was previously designed for. <br /> We are happy to submit further information upon request and we appreciate your <br /> consideration to review such request. <br /> Bill Stoddard <br /> file: Orono FS Narrative <br />
