The following permits will need to be obtained and copies provided to the City conditional to <br /> City approval: <br /> a. Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br /> b. Water Main Extension Permit <br /> c. NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharge <br /> d. MCWD Permit <br /> e. Hennepin County, Work in ROW/Utility Permit <br /> 5. The applicant will be required to submit a Maintenance Agreement for all stormwater <br /> management structures and facilities. The agreement must define maintenance responsibilities <br /> following completion of project, specify types and frequencies of inspection and maintenance <br /> activities,designate who will conduct inspection and maintenance activities,and outline <br /> reporting requirements. The Agreement will be recorded with the County per the City's <br /> approval process. <br /> 6. The condition of Kelley Parkway and adjacent sidewalk must be reviewed by the City and <br /> Contractor prior to any work and verified with video or pictures. Any damage to the street or <br /> sidewalk after work commences shall be deemed to be caused by the Contractor and the <br /> Owner's responsibility to repair. <br /> 7. All work within public right-of-way and connections to watermain must be coordinated with <br /> the City. Contractor must provide a minimum 48 hour prior notice. <br /> 8. Drainage and Utility Easements msut be provided as follows: <br /> a. Over all stormwater management facilities used to meet regulatory requirements. <br /> b. Over all sanitary sewer main. <br /> c. Over all water main and hydrants. <br /> d. All swales and piping providing drainage for multiple properties. <br /> 9. A sump manhole should be provided upstream of inlet to Filtration Basin#3 to provide <br /> pretreatment and maximize life of basin. Installation of a sump manhole would eliminate the <br /> need for a forebay and provide a cleaner looking design. <br /> 10. Retaining walls 4' or greater in height must be designed by a licensed Professional Engineer. <br /> Wall plans must be submitted for review prior to construction. <br /> 11. The City requires a right-of-way width of 50' and road width of 28' from face of curb to face of <br /> curb for private residential streets serving more than 6 units. Plans should be revised <br /> accordingly. <br /> 12. Tracer wire must be installed with all non-metallic water main. <br /> 13. A street identification sign, stop sign, and stop bar will be required at the intersection with <br /> Kelley Parkway. <br /> 14. Standard City Details should be included with the Final Construction Plans. <br /> 15.
