We has received an
application for a condition use permit to allow a daycare center at 2190 Wayzata Blvd. The parcel
is located in the City of Orono but the parking lot access is in the City of Long Lake. The
application does not suggest any changes to the parking lot access from what is there today. I
wanted to reach out and ask for any comments the City of Long Lake may have regarding this
project. I have attached the legal notice and a submitted site plan. Please provide me with
comments by February 22nd, 2021 for the council to consider.
