Hello, 1-19-21 <br /> My name is Rick Severson I'm the owner of Clairmont Design <br /> Build. I'm writing in representation of Evan and Ellie Anderson. <br /> Evan Anderson has lived at 1260 Spruce Place since 1974. <br /> Ellie Anderson is Evans daughter, and grew up in the same <br /> house. Ellie is married with 2 children. <br /> Currently the family is living apart. Their plan is to remodel <br /> 1260 Spruce Place to allow Ellie and her family to move in with <br /> her parents. <br /> As the house sits today, it's too small for the family to blend <br /> into it together. <br /> Our plan is to add a second floor to the existing house. This 2nd <br /> floor plan would not extend beyond the footprint/foundation <br /> line on any side of the house. <br /> The remodel of this home benefits at least 2 ways. It brings a <br /> family under one roof, allowing for the Ellies' parents to live <br /> with her and her family, in addition to bringing a tired looking <br /> little house up to date with neighboring homes. <br /> Thank you for the consideration of granting this variance to the <br /> Anderson family. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Rick Severson <br />
