Staff recommends any approval be subject to City Engineer comments. <br /> Public Comments <br /> During its review of the proposal,the City Council received a number of comments <br /> related to the project. The City Council minutes from September 14, 2020 are attached as <br /> Exhibit J. The City Council minutes from October 26, 2020 are attached as Exhibit K. <br /> Then applicant has provided some feedback attached as Exhibit L, and the neighboring <br /> property owner to the east, Barbara Burwell has provided comments via her <br /> representative Aaron Dean. Those comments dated December 7, 2020 and October 26, <br /> 2020 are provided, combined in Exhibit M. These comments were based on the original <br /> design and changes made in September and October. <br /> The applicant also solicited comments on the new plans via email, attached as Exhibit H. <br /> The results of that inquiry are not know to staff. <br />
