Section 78-1 Definitions shall be amended by adding and deleting text for to the <br /> definition of Dry Buildable to read as follows: <br /> Dry buildable means that portion of the lot not encumbered by the waters of a duly recorded <br /> lake or river, wetlands, bluffs, or slopes steeper greater than 30 percent. 18 percent. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 82-2 Definitions shall be amended by adding and deleting text for the <br /> definition of Dry Buildable to read as follows: <br /> Dry buildable land means that portion of the lot not encumbered by the waters of a duly <br /> recorded lake or river, wetlands, bluffs, or slopes steeper greater than 30 percent.1-percent. <br /> SECTION 3.
