What a wild year its been....)think we're all looking <br /> forward to having 2020 in the rearview mirror! We're reaching out to share with you our plans for our <br /> backyard that we're looking to start work on this coming spring.(We would have stopped by in person <br /> but figured a letter or email would be better due to Covid 19 concerns) The kids are very excited to <br /> have a great gathering place for their friends and we're excited to be able to entertain friends,family, <br /> and neighbors outdoors for years to come. <br /> We've taken meaningful measures to minimize the impact the plans will have on you as our closest <br /> neighbors. The structure is set back 50'from the property line vs.the standard 30'setback city <br /> ordinances typically call for. Additionally,we plan to add a row of screening trees which will continue <br /> the line of trees that currently runs between our houses. Between the trees and the poolhouse any <br /> impact from the activities generated from those at the pool should be greatly mitigated. The structure <br /> itself will having matching materials to those used in the exterior remodel of our home that was recently <br /> completed to ensure a uniform and aesthetically pleasing look. <br /> We're currently going thru the city approval process as part of that process the city is looking for an <br /> acknowledgement that we have alerted our neighbors of the plans. By signing this document you are <br /> not indicating support of the plans, but instead merely acknowledging that we've alerted you of our <br /> plans.
