ev ° <br /> =Af - CITY of ORONO <br /> 4,t � iM : <br /> kESI % ,,�G RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � <br /> i � � I�� NO. 5391E <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTIONS 78-330 and 78-1288 <br /> FILE NO. 09-3435 <br /> WHEREAS, Loren Schoenzeit and Stacey Schoenzeit, husband and wife <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 4480 Forest Lake Landing <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A, (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 (B) to allow redevelopment on a lot <br /> 0.34 acre in area where 1.0 acre is normally required, and contains 56 feet in width at the OHWL <br /> and 45 feet in width at the 75 foot setback where 140 feet is normally required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 (B) to allow a 9.7' setback from the <br /> south side lot line where a 10' setback is nornnally required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 (B) to allow an 8' yard setback from <br /> the rear lot line where a 30' setback is normally required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 to allow 67.3% hardcover within the <br /> 250'-500' zone where 30% is normally allowed in order to construct a new residence. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
