APPOINTMENT OF PETER ZIMMERMAN TO THE ACCOUNTANT POSITION <br /> <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the appointment of Peter Zimmerman to the <br />position of accountant, effective December 18, 2006, at a starting salary of $49,517, which is step 1 <br />of the accountant pay range.
