Addition111y, Section 78-916 st�tes that a conclitional use permit may be revoc�ble, may be granted for a limited time, or may be granted subject to such conditions as the council m�ty prescribe; and a conditional use permit shall remain in effect as long as the conditions �greed upon are observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the city from enacting or amending official controls to change the status of conditional uses; and a certifed copy of any conditional use permit shall be filed with the county recorder or registrar of titles. The conditional use permit shall include the legal description of the property included. Issucs for Consideration 1. Although the 6" overage in height for the proposed sign is essentially a "peak" and not overall height does the Planning Commission find that the sign should meet the monument sign regttlations in Section 78-1466? 2. Does the Planning Commission f nd that there is potential for adj�cent property owners to be negatively impacted by the proposed shed or activity at the memorial glydeii? 3. "1'he applicant will be expected to establish protective covenants over the wetland 111CI �lll�lCl' c�S well as dedic�te the standard wetl�nd drainage �nd utility easeinents as required in the Wetlands Protection ordinance. The applicant will also be required to comply with 1ny other forthcoming comments from the City �ngineer.
