In addition to the conditional <br /> use permit review, the applicant is also requesting a varilnce to allow the proposed monument sign to <br /> exceed the 10-foot ma�imum requirement by 6". <br /> Planning Commission Kecommendation <br /> On September 18, Planning Commission voted 3- 2 to reconunend approval of the conditional use <br /> permit for site gracling and sign square footage variance, but not the sign height variance. The <br /> dissenting Conunissioners were sttpportive of the application, but voted against the motion because <br /> they were supportive of the applicant's request for � 6" height varilnce for the proposed monument <br /> sign. <br />
