Gaffron illustrated on the overhead the average setback <br /> line in question on tl-�e Munson and Wagener pro�erties. <br /> This item was tabled at ihe 7anuary 17`�'Planning Commission meeting pending additional review, <br /> including a site visit by individual Planning Commission members to view the property from the Wagener <br /> property to the ���est.
