SPECIAL COLTNCIL MEETING OF THE CANVASSING BOARD OF NOVEMBER 9, <br /> 2006 <br /> White moved,McMillaai secondecl,to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2006 Special Council <br /> Meeting of the Canvassi�ig Board. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> PRESENTATION <br /> 4. SALLY KOENECKE,LAKE MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMI�IISSION <br /> Sally Koenecke and Bob Albertson with the Lake Mimietonka Cominunications Connz�ission were <br /> present. <br /> Koenecke stated she is availaUle to answer any questions the council may have regarding the Lake <br /> Minnetonlca Commtuiications Commission. <br /> Bob Albertson, LMCC Wireless Committee, addressed tl�e City Cotmcil regarding the pro�ness being <br /> made on the LMCC's wireless high-speed internet access. Albertson stated there are new developments <br /> occurring within ihe cellular and Wi-I'i industries and that it would be prudent to delay implementing an <br /> area-wide communications network in order to oUserve the difficulties encountered by the City of <br /> PAGE 1 of 15 <br />
