The Orono Plaiu7ing Commission reviewed this application on July 21; 2003 and <br /> recommended approval as proposPd on a vote of 7 to 0. <br /> 1 F�. The City Council finds that granting a conditional use permit for continued use of the <br /> property far a church use will not be c':etrimer.tal to the health, safety or general <br /> welfare of the public, tivould not adversely affect light, air nor pose a fire hazard or <br /> other danger to neighboring properties, nor tivili its use depreciate surrounding <br /> property values and that the proposed level of use of the property tivill be in keeping <br /> tivith the intent and objectives oi the Zonin� Code and Comprehensive Plan of thz <br /> City. <br /> 17.
