'''1'WHEREAS,the City fords that one acre of commercial/industrial land has an impact <br /> on the park system equivalent to that of 2.5 residential dwelling units; and <br /> WHEREAS, the equivalent minimum and maximum park dedication amounts for <br /> commercial/industrial property would be 2.5 x $2900 = $7250 per acre and 2.5 x $4900 = $12,250 <br /> per acre respectively. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br /> hereby establish the minimum park dedication amount for commercial/industrial zoned land as <br /> $7,250 per acre, and the maximum park dedication amount as $12,250 per acre. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 14th day of December, 1998. <br /> N. <br /> Gabrie abbour, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 1),,/ <br /> /-717 ,, , (/ ate.
