NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS <br />Capital Project funds account for financial resources to be used for acquisition or construction of major capital facilities <br />(other than those financed by Proprietary funds). <br />Improvement Equipment Outlay Fund accounts for the capital outlay costs of obtaining new equipment for various <br />functions. <br />Permanent Revolving Improvement Fund accounts for the construction costs prior to obtaining permanent financing. <br />Community Investment Construction fund is used to collect and spend resources on the various community assets of <br />the City. <br />Navarre Fire Station Construction Fund accounts for the construction costs of a new fire station in the Navarre area of <br />the City. <br />Big Island Public Project Fund accounts for the improvement of the Big Island Nature Park. <br />Police Garage Fund is used to collect and spend resources for the City’s police garage project. <br />113
