This application is regarding variances (for lot area and lot width; hardcover and <br />building within the 75-foot setback); and conditional use permits (for grading in the floodplain <br />and plumbing within an accessory building) in order to develop the vacant property. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on March 13, 2020 and <br />considered to be complete on October 26th. The 60-Day review period has been extended and <br />now expires on February 23, 2021. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The Council reviewed this application on November 9th. The Council <br />was generally supportive of the application, however directed the applicant to modify the grading <br />plan to meet the 15-foot bench requirement. <br /> <br />The applicant has provided revised plans which achieve the 15-foot protective elevation bench <br />around the home. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
