The purpose of this action item is to consider the 2021 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> <br />2. Background. The City updates its CIP annually. The draft CIP was presented to the Council at the <br />September and October work sessions. The document is being presented for approval. Approval of the <br />CIP does not authorize any expenditures. It is a planning document only. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
