Representing <br />Staff were City Administrator Dustin Rief and City Clerk Anna Carlson. <br /> <br />Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CANVASSING BOARD <br /> <br />1.
