The purpose of this council action is to recognize Gregg Palmers 30 years or outstanding <br />service to the City Of Orono on the occasion of his retirement. <br /> <br />2. Background. Gregg Palmer reached his 30th anniversary of employment with the City of Orono on <br />May 21st of this year. Gregg has decided to retire with his last day being October 30th. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends council approve the attached resolution recognizing <br />Gregg’s many years of service to the City. Gregg has been an exemplary employee. His service has <br />been characterized by his dedication and hard work. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion adopt the attached resolution honoring Gregg Palmer’s 30 years of service and wish him well in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
