SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. _____, THIRD SERIES <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REGULATIONS RELATING TO LAND SUBDIVISION <br />AND PLATTING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 14, 2020, Ordinance ____, Third Series was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.____, Third <br />Series, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the Council amends Chapter 82 of <br />the Orono City Code regarding regulations and definitions applicable to subdivision and platting.
