Gettman said <br />the Commission has nothing to do to deny it, but it is back to the advisory role. He said he doesn’t see a <br />Practical Difficulty that’s a required Staff reason for denial, but there may be the opportunity to meet with <br />some of the other neighbors to see what opportunities there are. He stated that is out of the Commission’s <br />purview but comes down to their role in making a recommendation to the City Council. <br />Kirchner moved, Gettman seconded, to approve LA20-000062, 4780 North Arm Drive West, <br />Variance, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />
