<br />WATER TANK MAINTENANCE CONTRACT <br />AMENDMENT SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON INC. 9 <br />Performance Guarantees <br />Upon our inspection of your storage facilities, we have identified several safety measures subject to updated OSHA <br />guidelines and requirements. We have identified these improvements as part our project scope, as a structural item. <br />Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract documents, SEH D|B, Inc. hereby guarantees that, following a <br />complete rehabilitation procedure, the tank included under this contract will for the term of the contract: <br />1. Be in general compliance regarding safety and access with the following industry standards: <br /> American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards (D100 & D102) <br /> Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Article 1910 <br />2. Be maintained to meet or exceed the following industry performance levels for coating systems: <br /> For exterior polyurethane systems: SSPC Paint Specification 36 - Performance Level 3 <br />3. For all other coating systems: <br /> Rusting: ASTM D-610 - Grade 9 <br /> Cracking: None Allowed <br /> Peeling: None Allowed <br /> Delimitation: None Allowed <br /> Pitting: None Allowed <br />All compliance with these specifications will be verified by our SEH D|B staff certified coatings inspectors. <br />Our SEH D|B inspectors are licensed Professional Engineers in the State of Minnesota and Certified Coating <br />Inspectors through the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
