<br />WATER TANK MAINTENANCE CONTRACT <br />AMENDMENT SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON INC. 7 <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />As per the RFP, we cannot accurately predict costs associated with acts of God or vandalism. As such, work that we <br />have not included under this proposal can be performed as additional services by Change Order and may include the <br />following: <br /> Damage that occurs as a result of vandalism, fire, ice, flood, wind damage, or other Acts of God. <br /> Damage and/or work that results from the proposed or actual installation of SCADA or cathodic protection <br />equipment. <br /> Damage and/or work that results from the proposed or actual installation of telecommunications or other <br />equipment that is anchored to or otherwise attached to a tank structure or appurtenance. <br />(As part of this stipulation, the Owner agrees that SEH D|B will have the right to review, approve and inspect all <br />proposed equipment installations on or adjacent to the tank during the term of the contract.) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
