(Section 82-15, lines 423-452) <br /> All subdivisions are to be platted. <br /> The use of platting and subdivision, used interchangeable in the ordinance has been <br />reviewed and clarified. <br /> Triggers for the conservation design process were modified (Lines 2089-2098) to <br />residential projects 5 acres or more and with lots smaller than 2 acres, or residential projects <br />greater than 7 acres, and 2 acre lot size or less. <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No comments on the proposed ordinance were received. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
