He explained the reasons for the cul-de-sac placement to allow for a silt pond. <br /> <br />Thiesse stated that he understands, but reiterated that it doesn’t meet the City standards so he will need to <br />be ready to defend it when the time comes. <br /> <br />Ressler noted that this discussion may be moot if Lot 3 ends up being sold, but hoped that the feedback <br />from the Commission was helpful to Mr. Newell. <br /> <br />Mr. Newell stated that the discussion was very helpful to him. <br />
