Formally recognize John Thiesse completing service on the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />2. Background/ Summary. John Thiesse completed his third three year term on the Planning <br />Commission. In recognition of his service to the Community, staff has prepared a resolution for <br />approval by the City Council. A plaque has also been prepared. <br /> <br />Mr. Thiesse was appointed by the Council on December 13, 2010, his term expired on March 31, <br />2020. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
