A successful vote on the referendum would mean approximately
$500,000 per year and would help maintain the school district’s budget. Budget reductions totaling $3.6
million have been made from 1999-2000 to 2004-2005. The School Board avoided reductions last year
and for the current school year but has had to expend a portion of the general fund budget reserves to
balance revenues and expenditures.
______________________________________________________________________________
PAGE 1 of 10
Item #02 - CC Agenda 10-23-06
Approval of Minutes 10-09-06 [Page 1 of 10]
