The approved project shall conform to the survey dated 08/28/2020 and building plans <br /> submitted by the Applicants and annotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as <br /> Exhibits A & B. <br /> 3. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require <br /> further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Owner, but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction and commencing construction of said project. A framing inspection must be <br /> completed within one year of the date of Council approval, or the approvals will expire on <br /> that date (November 9, 2021). <br /> 5. The Owner hereby agrees to this covenant providing that the neither accessory building <br /> will be: <br /> a. Used for a home occupation unless specifically approved by the city or if allowed <br /> by this Code. <br /> b. Used as a dwelling unless a guest house conditional use permit is obtained. <br /> c. Rented, leased or otherwise provided for use as a dwelling under any <br /> circumstances. <br /> 5. Additionally, the conditional use permits shall remain in effect as long as the conditions <br /> imposed by the City Council are observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the <br /> city from enacting or amending official controls to change the status of conditional uses. <br /> 6.
