�ONp CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. <br /> 7133 <br /> `�kESHO�� <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING <br /> A 20-UNIMPROVED ALLEY <br /> RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN THE PLAT OF <br /> BERGQUIST'S ADDITION TO SAGA HILL, <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> FILE NO. LA20-000051 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19, 2020, NIH Homes, (hereinafter the <br /> "Applicant"), made a complete application to vacate a 20-foot wide unimproved alley <br /> right-of-way abutted Lot 4, Lot 5, Lot 6 and Lot 7, Berguists Addition to Saga Hill <br /> legally described as follows and as depicted on Exhibit A. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19,2020, after published and mailed notice in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the City Code,the Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing, at which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this <br /> application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 19, 2020, the Planning Commission voted 6 <br /> in favor of and 0 against a motion to recommend approval of the requested vacation; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 9, 2020, the City Council reviewed the <br /> application and the recommendations of the Planning Commission and City staff; and <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
