Dunn &M.A. Dunn Trust <br /> XXX Stubbs Bay Road <br /> PID #3211823340006 <br /> We are requesting a variance for front and side setbacks for the above sited property. <br /> Currently this property being in a 5 acre zoning district has 50'side setbacks and a 75' <br /> front setback. Being only 1.22 acres in size and 123.77 feet wide, these setbacks are the <br /> hardship which necessitates this action after all these years. <br /> We are requesting that side setbacks be 15' on each side and that front setback be 50' <br /> which is keeping with existing neighbors to the north of this property.
