Occasionally,the property owner desires a minor change to the plans <br /> that do not impact the issues discussed, but would require a variance if proposed separately. <br /> Items typically have included minor expansions into the setbacks, or a change in configuration of <br /> retaining walls. <br /> Planning Staff has presented these minor changes to the City Council for approval. The Council <br /> also has the option to remand the change back through the variance process. <br /> The proposed ordinance, drafted by the City Attorney codifies this practice. <br /> Public Comments <br /> To date, no public comments have been received. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> 1.
