-,c7LOATp CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 7118 <br /> ikESHo‘'t <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS: <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> grants the following variances in order to allow redevelopment of the Property: <br /> • Section 78-350 to allow redevelopment of a lot with substandard area and width; <br /> • Section 78-350 to allow a front setback of 27 feet where a 30 foot setback is required; <br /> • Section 78-1405 to allow a driveway 1.5 feet from the property line where a 5 foot setback <br /> is required; and <br /> • Section 78-1700 to allow 3,515 square feet or 42.4% hardcover where 25% is permitted. <br /> Subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the entire record, above Findings. <br /> 2. The approved project shall conform to the survey dated July 31, 2020, and revised on <br /> August 26, 2020 and building plans submitted by the Applicants and annotated by City <br /> staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits A & B. <br /> 3. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require <br /> further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction and commencing construction of said project. A framing inspection must be <br /> completed within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on <br /> that date (September 14, 2021). <br /> 5.
