After reviewing and discussing the sketch plan, City <br /> 649 Administrator or designee will advise in a general manner the subdivider of the changes or <br /> 650 additions,if any,which will be required in the layout,and the character and extent of required <br /> 651 improvements and dedications which will be required as a prerequisite to the approval of the final <br /> 652 plat. <br /> 653 (2) Sketch plan review. The planning commission shall study the sketch plan, taking into <br /> 654 consideration the requirements of this chapter and the best use of the land being subdivided. <br /> 1655 Particular attention will be given to the location, arrangement, shape and size of lots, access <br /> 656 parkland dedication, the further development of adjoining lands as yet unsubdivided, and the <br /> 657 requirements of chapter 78 and the-:••: =• • . •- .. . .• ommunity Management Plan. <br /> 658 (2) Recommendations to the subdivider.
