This criterion <br />is met. <br />A CUP may be granted subject to such conditions as the Council may prescribe. Additionally, <br />a CUP shall remain in effect as long as the conditions imposed by the City Council are <br />observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the city from enacting or amending official <br />controls to change the status of conditional uses. <br />Conditional Use Permit Comments <br />The applicant's proposed use is a showroom/sales office for their exterior finish construction <br />company selling exterior building materials such as roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and <br />decking. The customer visits to the office will be primarily by appointment with few drop -ins. <br />According to the submitted narrative, they have identified the business hours of Monday <br />through Friday of 8:30 am to 5 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm; and Sundays by appointment. <br />Also, according to the narrative, they will have two regular full time staff on site, in addition to a <br />number of seasonal sales and marketing staff from March through December. <br />
