Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection.
Adam
From: Christine Mattson
Sent: Monday, March 14, 2016 4:14 PM
To:Adam Edwards<aedwards@ci.orono.mn.us>
Subject: FW: 1220 Bracketts Point Road/#2016-00133
We received an updated survey and plans for 1220 Bracketts Pont Road. The plan does not depict the sanitary service line locations. A utilities permit will be required
for disconnection and reconnection.
2. The plan shows the AC units are further than 5ft from the structure they service. This violates
Sec. 78-1405.
3. The plan shows grading within the 75ft Lakeshore setback. Cut and fill calculations should be
provided. If the amount exceeds 50 cubic Yards a CUP will be required.
4. The plan depic#s a 2 ft metal wall structure in the 75 ft Lakeshore setback. Allowed?
Adam
i
