<br /> ccncerning the municipal Aewer manhole located approximately five
<br /> fcet from the west side of your tennis court, the City will zequire
<br /> that the manhole remain uncovered and not buried under thz berming
<br /> as before. Sullivan advises that the final landscape plan for the
<br /> property will include the finished contours for the area surrounding
<br /> the manhole.
<br /> 2're City has asked for a copy of the tinal landscape p2an for staff
<br /> review and future reference.
