<br /> Bill Carlson of the Orono Public �:orks Department and me to
<br /> assure that the final landscaping of your lakeshorc yard prcvided
<br /> the required access to the municipal serrer manhole located five
<br /> feet from the tennis couzt. Upon that inspection we found the
<br /> manholc covered with earth and debris. �
<br /> Per my original letter to you on July 23, 1984, youz sewer ;
<br /> contractor, Pat Sullivan, advised the City that the final land- ;_�
<br /> scnping plan would addrens the need for maintenance of a permd- x�
<br /> nent nccess to tht manholo. In addition, he aqreed to send a `
