Box 66 <br /> � ---J Orono, MN 55356 Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br /> January 5, 2001 <br /> Jeremy & Robin Bupp <br /> 2696 Caroline Avenue <br /> Wayzata MN 55391 <br /> Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bupp; <br /> The City of Orono is authorizing a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" valid until June 1, <br /> 2001 for your new residence at 2696 Caroline Avenue subject to the conditions described below. <br /> This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued based on the property site survey completed <br /> by Alta Survey Compan}� and approved by the City of Orono, with conditions, on January 5, <br /> 2001. <br /> The issuance of a "Permanent Certificate of Occupancy" by the City is required to allow for <br /> continued occupation of the residence after June 1, 2001. In order to obtain a Permanent <br /> Certificate of Occupanc�-, all of the conditions listed below must be satisfied. If all of these <br /> items are not satisfactorily completed by June 1, 2001, the City will complete these items at your <br /> expense and, if necessary, recover any City costs through a special assessment levied against the <br /> property. <br /> 1.) The site grading as shown on the approved Alta Survey must be satisfactorily completed. <br /> This site grading specifically includes, but is not limited, to the drainage swale along the northern <br /> side of the house, and grading of the fill material in the lakeside yard. Grading also includes turf <br /> restoration of all disturbed areas to prevent soil erosion. <br /> 2.) Installation of a gutter along the northern edge of the roof and a downspout and drainpipe <br /> s}�stem to discharge water into the lakeside yard so as to minimize water flow onto the adjacent <br /> property at 2690 Caroline Avenue. <br /> 3.)
