<br /> Based upon one or more of the findinas noted above, the
<br /> Orone City Council h�reby grants a va-iance to Municipsl Zoning
<br /> Code Section 1.0.22, Subdiv.ision 1 and Section 10.55, Subdivision
<br /> 8 to alZow the cor.structioii of a new home located pzrtially
<br /> within the 0-75' ].a}:eshore setback area where ne structures are
<br /> allowed, and grants a variance to Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 to
<br /> allow a total of 2,960 squ�re feet of hardcover or 15.68 in the
<br /> 0-75' setback zone at the i�uiiding site, where r.o hardcover is
