<br /> B) A number of inethods can be used in determining the
<br /> actual percentages of hardcovez on the property.
<br /> i. Based un crediting only the land at the
<br /> buiJ.ding site, the 0-75' hardcover proposed is
<br /> 2,96U squarP feet or 15.85 and in the �5-250' zone
<br /> ' is 3,360 square feet oz 30.08.
<br /> ii. Based on also crediting the northerly
<br /> portions of the orooerty for the hardcover
<br /> calculations, 0-75' hardcover is 2,960 square feet
<br /> or 10.58 and in the 75-250' zone is 3,380 square
<br /> feet or 10.28.
<br /> iii. Based on calculating 0-75' and 75-190' from
<br /> the lagoon, only creditinq the building site, and
<br /> with drainage all directed to the iagoon, 0-75'
<br /> lagoon setback hardcover is 14.98 (all existing
<br /> driveway), in the 75-190' lagoon setback is 34.48,
<br /> and in the lakeshore 0-50' setbacY is OB.
<br /> C) Applicant should not be penalized fo� the existing
<br /> driveway hardcover in the lagoon 0-75' zone, and in
<br /> fact his driv�way proposal minimizes the additional
<br /> driveway hardcover required.
