We reviewed the proposed <br /> plat and have the following recommendations for your consideration: <br /> 1 . No additional right of way is required . <br /> 2. Please inform the developer that an approved entrance permit <br /> is required before beginning construction of any new or revised <br /> access to the County Road . Permit forms are available from our <br /> Traffic Section. <br /> 3. All proposed construction or alterations , including drainage <br /> revisions , within county right of way must be approved by the <br /> County Engineer. <br /> 4.
