RLSULUTIUN NU. 882 <br /> A RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING PLAT APPROVAL <br /> OF RYANWOOD <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corpora on <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota ; an( <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land wiLhi.n the City; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the application <br /> for a subdivision plat by Thomas Ryan, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS , the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City , including <br /> Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No . 837 <br /> Payment of a park dedication fee of $2 , 000 . 00 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby reaffirms the approval of the plat <br /> of RYANWOOD, Hennepin County, Minnesota ; subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1) The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder ' s Office on or before June 16 , 1978 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this <br /> Resolution. <br /> 2) The storm water ponding area on Lot 2 is to be retained <br /> in its natural state, and is not to be filled in any way. <br /> 3) Outstanding sewer special assessments for levies 3302 <br /> and 6345 will be apportioned at the rate of 517 for <br /> Lot 1 and 49% for Lot 2 , which difference reflects <br /> the average lot width difference for lateral assessment. <br /> 4) Direct access from Lot 2 to Tonkawa Road (County #135) <br /> shall be subject to the approval of the Hennepin County <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br /> has not been filed by the date specified above . In uhat event, <br /> it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of <br /> Orono for subdivision review. <br /> 1//(.0/47 <br /> -7n <br />
